Welcome to Zorv Exchange ("Zorv", the "Platform", "we" or "us"). Please read these Terms of Service carefully before registering an account, accessing the website or using any service on the Platform.
By registering for, accessing or using Zorv services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity to use Zorv services.
Zorv does not provide services to users in the following countries or regions:
North Korea, Iran, China, Cuba
The Platform may update the list of restricted regions in accordance with laws and regulations, compliance requirements or risk-control needs.
3. Identity Verification
Zorv requires mandatory KYC identity verification.
Users may be required to provide the following information:
- Name
- Identity document
- Mobile phone number
- Email address
- IP address
- Device information
- Other identity verification materials reasonably requested by the Platform
Users must ensure that the information they provide is true, accurate and complete.
4. Platform Services
Zorv currently provides, or may provide, the following services:
- Spot trading
- Copy trading
- Contract trading
- Options trading
- Digital asset deposits and withdrawals
- Earn products
- Referral rewards and platform campaigns
Some services may be restricted depending on the user's region, account level or Platform rules.
5. Trading Fees
The Platform's standard trading fee is:
1% of the amount of each trade
The Platform may adjust its fee schedule based on market conditions, campaign rules, VIP levels or other operational needs, and will publish any changes on the Platform.
6. Deposits and Withdrawals
The Platform currently supports digital asset transfers on networks including:
- TRC20
- ERC20
- BEP20
Users must make sure they select the correct blockchain network when depositing and withdrawing.
In principle, the Platform is not liable for asset losses caused by the user selecting the wrong network, entering an incorrect address or making other operational errors.
Withdrawal rules:
- Minimum withdrawal: 10 USDT
- Withdrawal fee: 5%
- Typical processing time: about 30 minutes
- Daily withdrawal limit: no preset limit
Actual arrival time may be affected by blockchain congestion, security reviews, system maintenance or risk controls.
7. Earn Products
Zorv may offer earn products to eligible users.
Basic rules include:
- Minimum subscription: 50 USDT
- No fixed investment term
- Users choose manually whether to reinvest earnings
- Users may request early redemption
- Early redemption fee: 15%
- Principal may be withdrawn in accordance with the product rules
- Realized earnings may be withdrawn
- No preset maximum investment amount
Actual product returns vary with trading results and market conditions.
The 2.8% daily return shown on the Platform is a reference or illustrative rate. It is not a fixed return and does not constitute a guarantee of returns of any kind.
Digital asset trading involves risk. Actual returns may be lower than expected, and losses may occur.
8. Account Security
Users must keep the following safe:
- Login password
- Verification codes
- Identity verification information
- Wallet addresses
- Other account security information
Users bear any losses resulting from voluntarily disclosing their password, verification codes, private keys or other security information.
If the Platform detects abnormal logins, abnormal trading, suspicious sources of funds or other security risks, it may temporarily restrict some account functions and conduct a security review.
9. AML and Risk Control
Zorv enforces anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing policies.
The Platform may investigate or take restrictive measures in the following situations:
- Suspicious sources of funds
- Suspected fraud or money laundering
- High-risk wallet addresses
- Abnormal trading behavior
- Irregular identity information
- Violations of Platform rules
Where necessary, the Platform may ask users to provide additional supporting documents.
10. Prohibited Conduct
Users must not use Zorv to:
- Engage in money laundering, fraud or other illegal activities
- Manipulate the market
- Use a false identity
- Gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts
- Attack or interfere with Platform systems
- Do anything that harms the rights and interests of the Platform or other users
If a user violates these Terms, the Platform may restrict, suspend or terminate the relevant services.
11. Risk Warning
Digital asset prices are highly volatile and carry a high level of investment risk.
Users should assess the risks themselves and make investment decisions based on their own financial situation.
Zorv does not promise that any investment will be profitable and gives no guarantee against losses caused by market price movements, on-chain congestion, third-party network failures or force majeure.
12. Service Suspension and Changes
The Platform may suspend or adjust some services for reasons including:
- System maintenance
- Network failures
- Blockchain upgrades
- Security incidents
- Compliance requirements
- Force majeure
Where reasonably possible, the Platform will try to notify users in advance.
13. Privacy
Zorv collects, uses and protects users' personal information in accordance with the Platform's Privacy Policy.
Certain KYC, trading and compliance records may be retained for 5 years or longer where required by law.
Users may request account closure or deletion of certain personal information, but compliance data that must be retained by law may not be deleted immediately.
14. Changes to These Terms
Zorv may amend these Terms in line with business development, laws and regulations, and regulatory requirements.
The updated Terms will be published on the Platform.
Continued use of the Platform after the Terms are updated means you accept the updated Terms.
